On this page you will find a link to our strategic framework for 2011 to 2016.   In the framework the Trust lays out how it will provide high quality and cost effective hospital care for the people of North Staffordshire and beyond.

Our patients are at the heart of what we do and we want to continue to put them first.  We aim to become a Foundation Trust, which will enable patients to become more involved in the Trust's decision making process.  We also want to continue excellent healthcare education and research, which will help us to ever increase the quality of care we provide.

The strategic framework has been developed in consultation with patients, our key partners and our staff.
