Counter Fraud Awareness Survey 

The purpose of this survey is to assess that effectiveness of the current counter fraud resource is being targeted efficiently and to ensure that important information relating to fraud is easily accessed and understood by staff within NHS organisations. 

Your LCFS would therefore appreciate it if you would take a couple of minutes to answer the following general fraud awareness questions and more specific questions related to the Trusts/PCT's Fraud and Corruption Policy.
