Your UHNS Hero

Have you or a relative/friend recently stayed at University Hospital of North Staffordshire and received excellent care? Did the staff go beyond what you expected to make your care or that of your loved one exceptional? Did our staff look after the relatives and friends of a patient at the same time as the patient themselves? Every day, staff at University Hospital go above and beyond the call of duty for their patients.

To recognise the special role they have performed in giving you excellent care, the Trust runs a 'Your UHNS Hero' award each month to promote that individual or team's dedication. The team or person get/s a certificate signed by our Chief Executive and have their work promoted on the Trust's website and beyond.

Please email your nomination, which should not exceed 300 words in length, to Our Communications team will be in touch to thank you for your nomination.

Or, would you like to tell us about what you liked about our hospital and staff, or how we could improve?
