(There is a trolley service which provides newspapers, sweets, cold drinks etc. Details of the times are available on the ward).

WH Smith runs shops at the entrances to the Royal Infirmary, Central Outpatients and the Surgical and Paediatric Block at the City General.

The shops stock newspapers, magazines, greetings cards, snacks and sweets, drinks, a small range of toiletries and other incidentals useful for patients, visitors and staff.

The opening times are:

City General
7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday
8.30am to 7.30pm Saturday
9.30am to 6.00pm Sunday

Royal Infirmary
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday
Sunday - closed

Central Outpatients
8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Weekend - closed
