Consultation and draft constitution

The Trust is developing a core constitution which will include the Governance arrangements under which the Trust will operate when it becomes a Foundation Trust. The Constitution includes the model rules of election for our Membership Council, the standing orders for our Board and Membership Council and structure of both our Trust Board and our proposed membership Council.

The document has been produced in draft and will be updated following the close of our Public Consultation period when the Trust will review feedback received.

The Constitution will then be approved by our Trust Board and available on this site for information.
