Early Pregnancy Unit

The early pregnancy unit provides care for patients who are up to 16 weeks pregnant.   Patients who attend the early pregnancy unit will have experienced mild to moderate problems, such as bleeding or pain in pregnancy. 

Patients will be referred by the clinican whose care they are under, should it be deemed neccessary. 

Please note that self-referrals are not accepted.

The service is nurse led, with only very complex cases being referred for further medical assessment.
