Nuclear Medicine

Nuclear Medicine is a clinical service based within the x-ray department of the Main Hospital Building on the City General site.  The department is run by skilled doctors, clinical scientists, medical technical officers and nurses. It provides the full range of diagnostic and treatment procedures expected in a busy teaching hospital. It supports a heavy workload of myocardial perfusion imaging, and it has recently succeeded in reducing the maximum wait time for all diagnostic procedures to approximately 2 weeks.

If you are a patient attending the outpatient clinic in Nuclear Medicine you will be sent specific information with your appointment letter.
