Medical Summer School
Each year, UHNS in partnership with Keele University run a successful Medical Summer school.

The Medical Summer School is designed to provide year 12 students, who have the potential and aspiration to become tomorrow's doctors, an opportunity to gain a greater insight in to the actualities of practicing medicine.
Students experience some of the basic skills required should they undertake a medical career.
Typical activities include;
The programme allows students to confirm their aspirations to become a doctor and provide a boost to university applications.
Medical Summer School 2012
There will be a two day medical summer school for year 12 students wishing to study Medicine at university.
The summer school will be held over a two day period.
Day one will take place at Keele University School of Medicine on Wednesday 4th July 2012.
Day two will take place at University Hospital of North Staffordshire, on a choice of either Thursday 5th or Friday 6th July 2012.
Places are very limited, so please apply early to avoid disappointment. The closing date for applications is Friday 1st June 2012.
