There are now just 434 days to go until the London 2012 Olympics take place. While you may have left it a little late to ensure you line up against Usain Bolt in the 100m showpiece final, there is still the opportunity for you or someone you know to take part as a Torchbearer. Yes, the Olympic Torch is coming to Stoke-on-Trent on Wednesday 30 May 2012.

 

Do you know someone truly inspirational? This is your chance to give them their moment to shine. The hospital is looking to put forward some of our hard working staff. To nominate a colleague, fill in this very simple form, it will take five minutes maximum.

 

You have until Friday 24 June 2011 to nominate them to be an Olympic Torchbearer... and don't forget, you can nominate more than one person.
